I'm Zuri & I want to thank you for being here. I am most passionate & enthusiastic about delivering meticulous attention to your entire client experience. Please note that I want to keep the conversation going after your facial or lashes with me. I am here to be an ongoing resource & support for all of my clients. After 8 years in this industry I've learned that skincare is not a one size fits all, but rather an individual & integrative one. With a clinical meets holistic approach & in a no rush setting I want to learn about your skin goals, lifestyle, health history, & stress levels to know how to best treatment plan you for your long term skin health. I love to continually immerse myself in product, ingredient, & treatment education. Continuing education is what drives me to seek the best for my clients. In addition to my Esthetic's License, I am certified & have completed higher levels of education to specialize in dermaplane, chemical exfoliation, hydradermabrasion, microcurrent, LED therapy, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, lash extensions & laser technology. Rest assured you are in capable hands with me as your esthetics provider & I look forward to building a highly bespoke & tailored experience for you & your esthetic needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will not receive a fee. As a small business, client relationships are of the utmost importance. I value your support and understanding that I must adhere to a strict cancellation policy which enables me to provide the best experience for all. A card on file is required for all appointments. Cancellations must be done with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in partial loss of a package or 50% of the total service cost. ANY no show will result in partial loss of a package or 100% of the total service cost. Beyond 15 minutes of tardiness your appointment may be subject to cancellation and you will be responsible in accordance with the “No-show” policy. All no-shows will be charged a booking fee of 100% the appointment service price. Incurring more than one no-show may result in blocking from future bookings.
